"Advanced teacher training has been refreshingly humbling"
"I have learned a lot of the why’s that are left on the table in an RYT-200 training. These nuances have helped me see poses from a practitioner perspective, which adds another level of connection to students.
I believe the course is preparing me with both yoga and business skills, especially from a cost & marketing perspective. Overall, it’s helped me understand my why so I can be a better teacher and student."
— Chenetta Spencer
And make a greater difference by changing lives for the better...your own and others.
To become an RYT-500 certified yoga teacher, current RYT-200 teachers need to complete a 300-hour advanced training. Most studios stuff these trainings with tons of books, theory, and reading to fill the time up.
It feels like school. That’s because 300 hours practically is school. To give you an idea, a 16-week semester of college that consists of 18 credit hours a week would still only add up to 288 hours.
The Arrichion approach is different. Not only do we help you expand your knowledge of yoga; we also give you real-world experience planning a yoga event for charity, one that will feature you teaching deeper workshop-style classes.
Moreover, we equip you to be a yoga leader in what is now a hybrid industry. The old, traditional approaches to continuing education aren’t relevant anymore.
To make a bigger impact, you need to meet your students where they are.
The Arrichion 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training is a proven system to help current yoga teachers expand their skill set and unlock their full potential—in just seven weeks.
Advanced teacher training teaches you skills that are used to strengthen your instruction, as well as day to day tasks. You learn how the market is ever-changing, and how we need to adapt to be successful.
It is well worth it! The progression of the “teach” videos in the curriculum is incredible. We began with poses and a 15-minute “peak pose” sequence, then worked up to a 90-minute masterclass. Gaining the knowledge to market ourselves online, and to teach online, has given me new confidence.
— Maddie Ransom
Have you ever taken a class or attended a seminar, walked out, and then immediately forgotten everything that was taught? Us too.
Most people don’t learn by sitting in a class and listening to a lecture. It’s interesting, sure. But it doesn’t give you the skill set you need to succeed.
❌ Reading about how to throw a football is different than actually doing it.
❌ Studying a promotional campaign is different than actually promoting yourself.
Athletes and entrepreneurs know this. They run drills, put themselves out there, make mistakes often, and keep going, often thanks to coaches by their side who guide them and support them every step of the way.
This is the path that actually leads to fluency and mastery. We know, because we’ve done it.
(Who are also a family)
We were born into a family of athletes, coaches, and entrepreneurs. Let’s say we’ve been learning this business our entire lives.
We’re former competitive athletes—Division I college athletes and Olympic training center graduates—who have worked in fitness and leadership development for decades.
Without an ounce of dance/gymnastic background, she never thought she’d be doing any arm balances or inversions in her lifetime. She solely credits yoga and circuit training for her strength, focus, and flexibility. She completed her 500-hour training at Arrichion under Quinn Reynolds and has attended numerous workshops and trainings with Briohny Smyth, Dice Iida-Klein, Kathryn Budig, Baron Baptiste, Kiersten Mooney, and more. She helps facilitate the yoga teacher training programs at Arrichion.
She met her hubby Ty on one of first classes she took at Arrichion. She has a weakness for 🐶 puppies, an extremely irrational fear of frogs, and undying devotion to her daughter, Mirai.
When he's not at the studio, he's probably out on his boat named "Back That Aft Up." Don’t let Ty’s ‘I’m not quick to smile’ attitude intimidate you. He’s watched Annie, Driving Miss Daisy, and Where the Red Fern Grows more times than anyone in the universe. But, word of warning...NO HUGS, EVER–they’re exclusively reserved for his daughter, Mirai.
Jenna is a Charlotte native, who loves to be active and try new things. She grew up swimming and playing soccer. After graduating from UNC-Charlotte, Jenna joined the corporate sales world. Her love and interest in yoga came from a friend convincing her to try hot yoga, and immediately, she was hooked.
She was so hooked that she decided to dump the corporate career grind for a more rewarding one teaching yoga at Arrichion. She also found her husband, Clay. Jenna received her 500 hour certification under Lisako Koga Reynolds and Quinn Reynolds. She loves teaching, connecting with students, and especially being a mom to Colin.
When not at Arrichion, Clay loves to play with daughter, Colin, and travel the world to see Pearl Jam with his wife Jenna. Don't let this serious profile pic fool you. You'll probably see him on our ads wearing a goofy dog or banana costume.
Quinn Reynolds grew up in a family of wrestlers. She spent countless hours watching her brothers’ practice and her dad coach. One day when she was about nine years old and watching yet another intensive wrestling workout she declared that she wanted to sweat, too. No, she did not join the wrestling team. She learned to play soccer finishing up as a scholarship player for the University of Illinois. The desire to sweat continued, but was never fully satisfied until she stumbled on a hot yoga class. The discovery of hot yoga transformed her passion for physical and mental well being and she committed to combine it with her athletic expertise and adventurous spirit to bring the benefits to others.
Quinn studied under Jacqueline Heisel at Frog Lotus Yoga and Sunstone Yoga under the direction of Nicole Shaw. Certifications in hand, what next, but to open the original Arrichion Hot Yoga and Circuit Training studio in Raleigh with her brother, Ty, and then a couple years later the second Arrichion in Charlotte with her brother, Clay.
With the Utah mountains calling their names and the desire to bring the Arrichion system of hot yoga to Salt Lake City, Quinn and husband, Chris, opened Arrichion SLC in Winter 2020. Great things happen in Utah–one of them is a 3 year old named Heidi.
Nora Reynolds brings a unique set of experiences and expertise to fitness.
Oldest of 7 children -Lifelong partner to an accomplished wrestling coach-Mom to 3 competitive athletes now successful entrepreneurs-Mormor to 4 wild, amazing grandkids
Known as the picture book lady, Nora finds joy and meaning giving and reading picture books to young and old alike.

Natalie grew up playing tennis, softball, and surfing. During college, she tried yoga here and there. But after seeing improvements in her surfing, along with better overall strength and balance (physical and mental), she decided to have a more regular practice post-college. After moving to North Carolina and finding Arrichion, she was hooked and the rest is history! Natalie went on to earn her 200-hour and 300-hour certifications at Arrichion, training under all of the Reynolds – Quinn, Lisako, and Jenna for yoga, Ty and Clay for circuit, and Nora for business!
Natalie moved to Florida with her husband shortly after receiving her 200-hour certification. Although Natalie left North Carolina, she never really left Arrichion. During COVID she helped to teach at the Arrichion Virtual Studio and now helps facilitate the yoga teacher training programs at Arrichion.
She loves teaching sunrise beach classes, running yoga-for-surfers classes/workshops, and MOST of all being Mom to an amazing little girl.
Titus—teacher of preschoolers, teacher of yoga students, and competitive athlete—personifies strength through focus at its best. He shares his experience of yoga with his daughter at home.
We know what it’s like to build a community from the ground up. We started our first studio out of a garage.
To help our early clients improve their fitness, get stronger, and have more energy, we developed a system of training called the Arrichion (pronounced "uh–RICK–ee–ahn") method. Arrichion was a Greek warrior who embodied not only strength, but also focus, something we aspire to cultivate both in ourselves and our teacher trainees.
The Arrichion system is grounded in years of practice and knowledge, designed for repeatability. It doesn’t matter where you begin, only that you want to get better.
Our program isn’t a hit or miss, quick fix solution; it’s a commitment to process and growth. Some say that, although the Arrichion method was developed for success in the studio, its principles have also carried over into other areas of life.
Have you ever heard of a two-legged marshmallow? Think all fluff and no substance. Sound familiar? We all know one, but no one wants to be one. At the other end of the spectrum are the world-class athletes. We’ve worked from one end to the other.
Along the way we’ve worked with hundreds of yoga clients and athletes who have committed to achieving their goals whether for athletic competition or for improved health.
Our program isn’t a hit or miss, quick fix solution; it’s a commitment to process and growth. The Arrichion Training System is a proven means to live by, and it will change your life.
If you're ready to:
Without being hit over the head with Sanskrit memorization drills or endless lectures— We've got the perfect program for you.
This 300 hour YTT program is the most intensive curriculum Arrichion offers, thanks to the tried-and-true system we use throughout all of our trainings and programs.
You’ll watch short instructional videos that will teach you proper fundamental alignment principles and the benefits of poses. You’ll learn information that supports understanding of the technical work that will make you a successful teacher.
You'll PRACTICE. The training section is the heart of the program. 60% of your time will be spent here, as you move from simple to complex. You’ll video yourself doing the poses, assists, and modifications to show what you’ve learned, and to improve. Your coach will give personalized feedback on all videos.
You’ll PRACTICE teaching and teaching techniques–perfect your voice, timing techniques, chained sequences, and other teaching techniques as you video yourself teaching your masterclass, yoga sequences with modifications and assists, and online challenge. You’ll get individualized feedback from your coach on each of your video submissions.
You’ll design your 90 minute masterclass, 45 minute yoga class, and 14 day challenge.
You’ll learn business skills. You'll host a virtual/in-studio event, market it, and raise money for a charity that your team chooses to support.
You’ll come together with your coach and teammates for a real-time Zoom training session. Hard nosed practicing and drilling, getting feedback, giving feedback.
In the Arrichion 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training, your personal coach will take you from RYT-200 to RYT-500 in 7 weeks, the same way we’ve trained athletes to get to national championships.
Then, the Action & Accountability Coaching kicks in post-certification to keep your momentum going and help you jumpstart your yoga teaching career.
One of the reasons other 300-hour teacher trainings become such a money pit is that they’re spread out over too long of a time period.
You work on your certification one elective at a time, much like you would do for night school. The certification takes years, and is mostly passive learning and books.
As a result, you never build up any of the momentum you need for retention and learning. You learn more, but you don’t actually get any better.
Many RYT-200 yoga teachers are stuck on this continuing education hamster wheel without even realizing it!
At Arrichion, we’re intentional with how we use our time. Each week, you will:
Poulomi, a pediatric oncologist, did her yoga training while working her full time, demanding job.
"I do not have enough words to express how amazing this teacher training program is. It's intense, comprehensive, and gives constant constructive feedback to improve your yoga teaching skills. This training helped me develop an intense passion for yoga, build immense confidence to teach independently, and establish a strong foundation which is needed for every yoga teacher to have a well-balanced practice.
I emerged confident, strong, and more perceptive of my yoga practice. Above all, I could impart the knowledge and the guidance given to me to all the students I have seen and met.”
— Poulomi Pai
I work full time for Raw Crunch Bar, I’m an MMA Fighter, AND I’m a yoga instructor, thanks to Arrichion’s YTT.
Arrichion’s yoga teacher training takes the best elements of coaching from the world of competitive athletics and applies them to yoga instruction. At first glance, this concept may sound contradictory, but as you explore deeper you realize it is all about helping to guide an athlete/yogi along a path that develops their best version of themselves. That is what the hands-on training from Arrichion YTT did for me.
Thanks to the skills I learned through focused drilling, I graduated from the program with everything I needed to help others along their own path. In the end there is nothing more gratifying than that.
—Kurtis Cloward
"I was surprised... this program really does work!"
"Honestly, the festival surprised me with how well it all went.
When I first heard we were going to do a virtual fest I didn’t think it would work out very well, but I was pleasantly surprised! I also surprised myself at how automatic my instruction became just by putting in the work. This program really does work, and it was cool to see it happening with my own personal growth."
- Amanda Weigle
"Open-minded, receptive & respectful"
"My biggest appreciation of Lisako is how open-minded and receptive she is with her students. She was open to the different and varying responses I gave her in my homework throughout the program. She always challenged me to step back and see the full class, the big picture.
I feel that Lisako is extremely respectful of our day-to-day lives and did what she could to accommodate. I also appreciate that she actively sought out the ways to best coach ME."

You will have a personal coach. Your coach is serious about getting you to your goals. Your coach encourages you and gives you targeted feedback to help you improve. We keep a 1:8 Coach to Student ratio so you get the attention you need.
You will participate in every activity. 100% active learning. This does not happen in group in-person yoga teacher training settings, ever. It can’t! Everything we ask you to do, every assignment, moves you closer to your goal.
You will record yourself teaching, because watching yourself on video, although scary at first, is actually a really very good way to discover things about your teaching that you want to adjust to make your classes feel more like you. (We are here to assist if you have questions about technology.)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much time can I expect to spend on the online coursework?
We estimate you’ll spend approximately 15-20 hours a week, and most of it can be on your own schedule. Some specifics are that you must commit to 3 hours of real time Zoom drilling sessions each week, and submit your work for your coach to review according to schedules set forth in the course calendar. This will include written work and the videos you produce to show your practice and teaching development.
What style of yoga do you teach?
The Arrichion program draws from Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga. You will develop the basic foundational teaching skills needed to begin teaching, which will prepare you to continue your yoga studies in whatever direction you decide to go. We teach an athletic style of yoga designed to be accessible for all ages and levels of fitness.
What’s the research behind your system?
Our methodology is rooted in the growth mindset work of Carol Dweck, the deliberate practice research of Anders Erickson, and the “4C Learning Blueprint” that covers four steps to learning a complex skill.
How many students are in a class?
Training sizes vary, but it will always feel small to you because we maintain an 10-to-1 student-to-coach ratio. Whenever we add more students we add more coaches to accommodate this and ensure the highest level of quality and training.
What is your attendance policy?
We are coaches. If you’ve ever been on an athletic team you know that “optional attendance” is not an option. All Wednesday Zoom sessions are mandatory. You need to submit all assignments according to the due dates on the calendar.
What if I know I want to specialize in a certain type of yoga?
The RYT-200 training is a good first step, because it is a foundational training that will prepare you for more specialized training later on in your yoga teaching career.
When will I be certified to teach?
You will receive your 300-Hour certification upon successful completion of the 7 week online program.
Can I teach with this certification?
Yes. Some graduates of our program have started their own business. Others are teaching at studios, corporations, schools, gyms, and churches.
After I get certified, will I get hired at Arrichion?
Thank you for your interest! We cannot guarantee employment with an Arrichion studio as an outcome of the Arrichion 300 hour yoga teacher training.
Can I do this program with a full-time job?
Absolutely. The program is designed for people with full-time jobs and/or personal responsibilities.
What if I don’t do all the assignments?
You must successfully complete all activities and assignments to receive your certification. If you do not, you will not get certified.
I have trouble with self-discipline and staying focused. Is this yoga teacher training for me?
The program is structured to help you to stay on track by having due dates for assignments. Your personal coach will help you with accountability. However, it will be up to you to do the work.
What does my coach do?
Your coach provides feedback on all your assignments, facilitates the Wednesday Zoom sessions, and is available to answer your questions along the way.
What are the technical requirements for the online course?
You will need a laptop computer or tablet, a high-speed internet connection, a webcam or computer with built-in webcam, and a smartphone.
Is this a self-paced online program?
No. We are coaches, and we’ve never seen an elite athlete develop using a self-paced training program. Learning to teach yoga is no different. We don’t think you can learn a skill like teaching in a self-paced learning environment. Learning to teach requires consistent, frequent practice with feedback from an expert coach.
How many years of experience doing yoga do I need before training?
You will be more successful if you have at least one year of consistent yoga practice under your belt. We don’t expect trainees to be ultra-flexible yogis. We have an open enrollment philosophy. If you want to learn to teach, are serious about a career in yoga fitness, and are willing to put in the work and time, you meet our requirements.
Is the program open to participants from outside the U.S?
Trainees who live internationally are encouraged to enroll! At this time, we only offer our teacher training in English.
I have completed an RYT-200, but I feel it didn’t give me enough skill to be a good teacher. Will this program benefit me?
Yes. You will get practical, hands-on teaching practice and business skills. You may want to ask about doing the Arrichion 200RYT to establish a strong foundation.
Your program has a weird name, Arrichion, what’s that about?
Arrichion was an ancient Greek Olympian who redefined strength and focus. He was mortally injured during an Olympic wrestling match, yet Arrichion summoned the power to beat his opponent with his last dying breath, becoming a legend for his ability to summon strength when it mattered. The story of Arrichion’s indomitable spirit has influenced our training systems, and is the source of our slogan, Strength Through Focus.
Do you offer scholarships or discounts?
We offer a pay in full discounts and we offer payment plans. Our program, unlike most ytt, provides 1:1 coaching for every student to ensure success for everyone. 1:1 coaching is labor intensive, but a crucial element of our model. We also understand that teacher training is a big investment and we want to make it accessible for those who dream of becoming a yoga instructor. Therefore we are committed to pricing that is very competitive for the industry.
